In today’s post, we talk about date ideas specifically for Canberra residents. People often think there isn’t much to Canberra, however, you are very wrong – Canberra is a very happening area and is continually launching new trendy hangouts for everyone.

Go Boat Canberra

Remove yourself from technology and get in with nature! The Kingston Foreshore is a trending area with many different restaurants and bars to check out. During the day you can hire a boat from Go-Boat and take lunch to enjoy on the lake. The boats have a large table in the middle that is perfect for a romantic meal. In the evening it’s really beautiful to walk along the waterfront/pier and enjoy dinner and drinks while soaking in the gorgeous sunset. There’s nothing more romantic!

There’s nothing better than going to the markets on a sunny, crisp Sunday morning. Love the farmer’s markets for fresh fruit and veggies or artisan goods? You’ll fall in love with the Old Bus Depot Markets and the Capital Region Farmers Markets. Enjoy market hopping and we hope you find some treasures!
